Okay so i’m 17 and i weigh 10 stone 4lbs (round abouts, different scales read different things lol) and my height is 5,4.5
Im wanting to loose about 20 pounds.. can anyone put there input on my diet plan and what i should do or not do?

breakfast – superfruity shredded weat only 40gram with a splash of milk.

dinner – uncle bens rice, either (egg fried flavour, chicken savoury or chinese style.) or boiled rice, sweet corn and tuna or bits of ham insted of tuna.

snacks – Aplen strawberry bar, muller light (toffee,vanilla and chocolate flavour), Lotus biscuit 1 or 2
i dont have all of these lol there just a choice of one of them before or after tea.

Tea – its hard to say i have a variety i dont tend to go to mean on tea time as i have what my mom is usually doing, but tonight is a chicken dinner with veg and potato but i will be having only 2 boiled potatos. insted of roasties and mash.

and as for drinks its usually just juice or sometimes i can have a diet coke.

excercise i do 20 mins a day of wii fitness zumba, and sometimes go swimming or running in the week too.

How long do you think it would take to loose 20 pounds with this plan? and tell me what you think, thank you and i really appreciate it. :)
