okay so it wasn’t a total binge more of stupidity..but how do I "recover" and not gain weight from this? Will I? So today I had a normal diet:breakfast was normal, lunch was light and for "dinner" my parents wanted to go out to chinese at 2:00 and . so I just went along (its Sunday we usually go out and eat)I ordred a tofu and mixed vegetable plate. after that we went to my grandparents house (sunday family gathering) and they offerd me cake and coffee. Im like *cool I’ll just drink Coffe and skip cake* THE WHOLE day until 2:00 to 10 pm when we came home I ddidn’teat. Pretty stupid. Once we got home I went out. I am starving. I had 3 whopping pieces of fruit pizza (home made) two spoons of oorganicyogurt, a few sspoon fullsof rice and I had about 5 hhand fullsof yogurt covered raisins! I was doing so good today until I semi-starved myself and ate a whole bunch. Im not "stuffed" like after a typical binge, but how do I know if I GAINED WEIGHT? I have a scale. How do I prevent it?
I drank cleansing tea after the "episode".
And was it that bad?

please dont preach about how "one day of a binge wont do anythig!" I know…Im just recovering from anorexia (yes yes I know anorexics dont binge well thats a LIE) and Im still self concious. I am more ashamed and kinda hate myself right now and have anxiety of gaining real weight.

I’ll give you as much info as I can. Around 7pm I had a weird headache. I have been near my friend who has been ill and her illness started with a headache but I haven’t gotten any of her other symptoms and her headache lasted only 2hours or so. Anyway back on the main topic. I read some stuff and had 2 cups of water and a peanut butter sandwich. Then went to bed at around 00:20am. And woke up at about 9:20am. And still have it.

The pain is mainly coming from the left side but the right side flares every now and then.

My diet yesterday was some cereal for breakfast. Lunch was spam,sweetcorn and fried rice. (We are Chinese) and for dinner rice some boiled egg thing in sauce and some beef thing with some brown sauce (like hoysin or something). With some chillies in it. (I had two cup of water at each meal and one in the morning. But from Tea at about half 5 I had no water till 10pm except a lucozade orange.

Anyway They are my details so any ideas what I can do?

Im on the Herbalife Diet I started Yesterday Morning With The Meal Replacement Shakes The Tea And The Herbal Aloe Water . My Coach said i can eat only 1 meal a day but only at Lunch time … My Real question is can i Eat Fruit At any time if feel hungry Because right now Im hungry But i dont wanna Ruin my routine already or will i just have to wait till lunch time and stay hungry .. ugh i feel so pathetic but someone please help !? or are there any other healthy snak ideas ?

Hello everyone, I have written several questions on here about loosing weight. But I am tired of being fat. I want to be skinny and look fabulous and not run out of breathe easily at the gym. First of all I have been eating really, really shi**y the past few weeks. I have been eating ice-cream, fried food, chinese food, and processed salty food. I am ready to start making better choices, and change my life and diet permanently. For liquids I will only be drinking unsweetened tea, tons of water, and some juice (when I say some juice I mean less than a cup a day). For food I am going to try to eat only: Fresh fruits, fresh vegtables, lots of nuts (almonds, peanuts, walnuts, etc.), dried fruit, very low calorie dressings (for salads), and perhaos brown rice. My plan is to do this diet/lifestyle for 2 weeks (and I will be treating myself only once a week, like 1 scoop of ice-cream/week) and after those two weeks I am going to start the lemonade cleanse and do that cleanse for 15-20 days. And then as soon as I am done with the cleanse I am going to eat only fresh fruit and vegtables, nuts, and dried fruit while treating myself ONLY once a week. I also workout 5-6 days a week for atleast an hour. Does this sound healthy, and will this work? Thankyou.

breakfast: scrambled eggs with bacon or cereal with milk and a sip of coffee.

snack: 5 cheezballs, chips, cookies or biscuits & cheese

drink: horlicks (its a barley and malt nourishing drink) with whole milk.

dinner: whatever we’re having (either chinese takeout or pizza or veggie casserole). Sometimes we just feed the dog cooked white rice with tea (her fave)

dessert: when he have dessert, either ice cream or small bits of chocolate or cake.

She’s a large lab mix, if it makes a difference.
but he doesn’t feed it a lot of snacks and dessert. and my dog hates kibble!
everyone says my dog is going to die at 7, but my male mix who is fed the same is alive at 14.

I am a 16 year old male, i weigh 13 stone 8 pounds, i have checked my bodymass and i am in the overweight section, i play football (Soccer) 3-5 hours per day except on Saturday and Sunday in which i chill out, my diet is very helathy, i normally have no breakfast, sometimes no dinner or a sandwich, and for my tea i normally have pasta with chicken, and then a apple and a glass of water in bed, how am i overweight? I dont lik crisps cakes or anything like that really, i have a chinese takeaway on a saturday night, and thats about it! I am sick of seeing fat on my belly! I gets me a bit embarased as i am always finding excuses not to go swimming because i fear people looking at my flabb belly. I am quite broad and muscly, i have lost only 5 pounds in the last 2 months because of excessive exercise, and i was hoping ayone might be able to guide me on how to lose weight quicker? Any help would be much appreicated like, Cheers

I play tennis twice a week. Today I had tennis for an hour, so porobaly burned a good amount of calories.

Breakfast:
Half of a Slim Fast shake

Lunch:
Nothing

Dinner:
I am going to have Chinese food, I usually eat a lot of that, since it’s my favorite food. (:

*I dring a lot of water and tea throughout the day, so my drinks don’t have a lot of calories. Plus, I do some sit-ups/crunches during the day.

Please, don’t tell me I’ll actually "gain weight" from this diet because I don’t believe that, so don’t give me that kind of explanation. I just want to know if that is considered or on the border line on being called "anorexic." And please don’t give me or suggest any diet plans. I just want a yes or no answer. Thank you.

P.S. The other days I don’t have tennis, I jog. I am not over weight, I just want to be skinny like a lot of people I see.

I have epilepsy, so there’s a bunch of stuff I’m not allowed to eat. I can’t have aspartame (so no diet soda, chewing gum, etc.), or MSG (so no Chinese food or other processed foods)…not that anybody should eat these things anyway! I also can’t have caffeine (no soda, tea, or coffee for me). Also one of the side effects of my medicine is that it makes soda taste horrible so I can’t even drink the caffeine free kind. My neurologist didn’t tell me these things, I had to find them all out on my own through research. What I was wondering is if there’s any other "bad things" that epileptics shouldn’t have that anybody out there knew about. Sorry if I seem so lame, I’m just trying to be healthy so I don’t have a seizure, I’m really sensitive to everything! Thanks in advance.

I have been dieting and exercising for two weeks now.

I’ve added veggies to my diet, I cut down soda to an occasional minimum (and thats only to ween myself off it even more) and I’ve been eating breakfast.

I eat cereal with Yogurt and a glass of V8 Fusion

Salad for Lunch with cheese and light dressing (thousand island, and to the serving size) with some crystal light – cherry drink.

Dinner is normal, whatever my mom cooks and I don’t overeat it either.

For a snack I have another yogurt or something small

If I go out to eat (mostly chinese) I mostly eat sushi and have ice tea, no sugar. but I never overeat.

I was a 155 pounds 2 weeks ago. I went down to 151 but now I’m 153. I excercise daily (either at work, where I am never sitting down or with Dance Dance Revolution since its all I have)

Any ideas why I’m not losing like I should? Anything I should be doing differently?

I am 26 yrs. old. I am 5′4, my measurements are 46-43-46 and weight approx. 200 lbs. My average weight would always be about 135-140. I was physically active those days though. I eat alot of rice, fried vegetables, canned veggies, potatoes, and fresh meats such as chicken, pork, ground beef and beef everyday, I drink Good Host Ice tea, about 2 large glasses a day, and on the weekend, I drink alot of beer, about 10-12, and then the rest of the weekend, i eat take out food such as MCd;s < Kentucky, chinese and dont do much. I know the only thing to do is excercise and try to eat healthier and smaller portions, anyone ever go through this and have a rough time getting back into shape, I seriously need advice from someone who has struggled with their weigh, Im not just going to go pump iron for an hour or bike up a hill for an hour, Whatr is a good way to start a diet, i no, i just cant quit junk food cold turkey either. can i just replace my sugar drinks with water first and lose 10 pound

I`m 15 years old, 5`11 and roughly 315 pounds. Yeah, crazy, right?
I don`t eat Chinese takeout, or Chinese in general. I don`t eat much bread or pastas, for that matter I don`t eat pasta at all and I only eat whole wheat bread. I don`t eat fast food (try to avoid it at all costs). I eat all my servings of fruit a day, not so much on the veggies. I try not to drink pop as much as possible, and I turn to tea instead of coffee if I need a wakeup. I`m not sedentary but I don`t like excercising either. I walk alot however. And I`m still this fat. What`s wrong with my diet? Why am I this fat? I know that`s a big question, but I honestly don`t see what`s preventing me from being like 150 (what I want to be.)

I want to go to the gym and get a personal trainer, but how do I go about doing that when my parents won`t support me in losing weight? I`m at a standstill. It`s not that I don`t want to lose weight or that I`m lazy, I just don`t know how..

I asked this in the afternoon but didn’t get as much as answers as my mind would like.

I ate healthy as can be but then I hit 30 weeks and my diet has been cruddy. Not horrible but for instance, today was -cereal, pistachios, pizza, milk, water, and chinese food….
Ive been eating more junk and soda/tea than ever.

Anyone else’s diet just go haywire in late pregnancy? Any suggestions on how to get it back to a somewhat decent state? lol

I’m on day four of the master cleanse (lemonade diet) and i’ve only had one BM. Ive looked for organic teas that read laxative on the labels and i found nothing. but i stumbled across detox tea…and figured it would work the same…since the cleanse IS a detox. However, im supposed to have several BM to cleanse my system and i’ve only had one. I’m afraid i’ve wasted all this time already…does being only 18 have something to do it? maybe i just dont have as many toxins in my body? I dont know, but im nervous. Will someone who knows tell me if i’m okay on the detox tea?

I agreed with my dad that I’d have chinese with him tonight, as I don’t want to be a spoilsport (plus, chinese once in a while= yummy).

However, as I’m on a diet, I was wondering wish dish has the lowest calories? I have a 600 calorie maximum for my tea tonight (I’m on slimfast) so any ideas? I will probably eat half today, and put the rest in the fridge, as the portions are quite large.

Obviously the wu-yi/oolong/wu-long teas are too good to be true. As far as ’slimming’ goes, I wouldn’t be willing to try it, but so many people claim it’s the most decadent tea they’ve ever tasted. I’m a person who likes to indulge in tea and I’d love to try it, but . . . How do you prepare it if it has no bags? I’ve looked up bodums on Amazon, but they all have their fair share of faultiness. Is there another way or a great and upstanding brand that manufactures bodums? Otherwise, I’m clueless. Thanks.

If you have tried herbal teas ( the ones that take a few hours to digest excess food), how long did you drink the tea for? Also, how much weight did you lose? I have been drinking mine for about a month, but have been going to the gym for 5 months, 6 times a week at one hour a day.
