im 17 years old and im 5′3 and weight 135-140 pounds and my tummy isnt that bad but i would like a girls 6 pack but not a big one lol and so everyday this is my plan
in morning i eat and drink 1 cup of water
2 hours later drink 1 cup of water and a lil portion of food
lunch with 1 cup of water
2 hours later eat small portion of food then 1 cup of water
dinner with 2 cups of water
2 hours later 2 cups of water and for bedtime a herbal laxative tea
also every other day ima do this work out dvd for girls
and every other day ill walk for a hour around a park
any other good tips? for loosing weight about 10 pounds in 1 1/2 months ?? and getting a nice stomach?
also i have stretchmarks on my thighs and butt and i want them gone :/ any tips on how to get rid of them?
