okay so it wasn’t a total binge more of stupidity..but how do I "recover" and not gain weight from this? Will I? So today I had a normal diet:breakfast was normal, lunch was light and for "dinner" my parents wanted to go out to chinese at 2:00 and . so I just went along (its Sunday we usually go out and eat)I ordred a tofu and mixed vegetable plate. after that we went to my grandparents house (sunday family gathering) and they offerd me cake and coffee. Im like *cool I’ll just drink Coffe and skip cake* THE WHOLE day until 2:00 to 10 pm when we came home I ddidn’teat. Pretty stupid. Once we got home I went out. I am starving. I had 3 whopping pieces of fruit pizza (home made) two spoons of oorganicyogurt, a few sspoon fullsof rice and I had about 5 hhand fullsof yogurt covered raisins! I was doing so good today until I semi-starved myself and ate a whole bunch. Im not "stuffed" like after a typical binge, but how do I know if I GAINED WEIGHT? I have a scale. How do I prevent it?
I drank cleansing tea after the "episode".
And was it that bad?

please dont preach about how "one day of a binge wont do anythig!" I know…Im just recovering from anorexia (yes yes I know anorexics dont binge well thats a LIE) and Im still self concious. I am more ashamed and kinda hate myself right now and have anxiety of gaining real weight.

Have I ruined my diet today?
I feel kind of like I have?
What things can I do to feel good/work off what I’ve eaten?
I do have a trampoline and a treadmill, but I’m so full right now, that moving isn’t a top-priority at the moment.. Jeez I’m lazy.. lol

I have been on a diet since Christmas.
I have been going to the curves gym(30 minute circuit) 5 times a week and eating 1,000 calories a day with 1 litre of water everyday. I lost about 8 kgs. I was 65kgs and a week ago I was 56.8kgs.
A week ago, i decided to start walking everyday for an hour and to drink the Beesline slimming tea (herbal) after lunch and dinner. and I started drinking 2 litres of water instead of one, and I still go to the curves gym .

My question is, do you think I lost weight during this week? my goal is 53-54kgs.
My height is 166 and I am female, if that matters.

Okay I H A T E E X E R C I S E but I really need to lose like twenty pounds in a month, No diet pills or starvation either please.

I have been eating healthy the past few weeks, but only lost like three pounds.

my current eating plan is this—>

wake up at 6am drink tea with lemon in it (its supposed to "jump start" your metabolism)
then I go to school, the next time I eat is lunch, which is whatever the school is serving
usually a burger with potatoes, fruit and a salad
then I get home and am super hungry, sometimes I will stay heathy and eat veggies, or some days I will junk out and eat chips or a twinkie, then for dinner I will have whatever my mom makes, (Chinese, pasta, soup, BBQ, chiken wrap ect…) with veggies or fruit nd salad
then I’ll have peach green tea again at night.

Please help fix my diet….and please no exercise or workouts Y_Y

He said he has as much breakfast as he can eat then eats has some lunch but then doesnt have anything for dinner/tea time…

Im just wondering is this what hermit monks, shaolin monks, buddhists, ninjis etc etc all do for there meals…and if so would it benifit ordinary people. is it a good way to keep healthy etc etc…
Im very interested in old philosophy way of lifes…like samurai, or even buddhists japanese, chinese and all that kind of stuff…..any more info on how they live and eat would be great thanks.x

Please don’t judge me. I am 5′3,vegan,have anxiety and panic disorder, almost 16 and 108 pounds. I want to be thin so badly that it hurts. I heard about the ABC diet and wanted to give it a try, please tell me if it works or not. What I ate today: Breakfast: tea, Lunch: coffee, Dinner: and and a half cups of brown rice with a home made stir-fry of teriyaki tofu, snap peas, broccoli, white onion, and scallions. I went on a diet almost two years ago where i was eating 1500 calories a day and exercising between 30 minutes to an hour a day (mostly cardio, but also some yoga and a little bit of mild strength training). I drank water almost exclusively (aside from the occasional black coffee or herbal tea). After 3 months, I hadn’t lost but 5 pounds and gave up.
I didn’t try to lose weight again until a few months ago, when I started eating more vegetables and lots of turkey sandwiches instead of burgers. I lost a couple pounds over a few months, but many changes took place in my life and I have since had a change of lifestyle concerning food. I work two jobs and commute 30 minutes to work one of them and 2 hours when I visit my boyfriend. I have very limited time at home any given day of the week – mostly just to sleep – and I find myself eating a granola bar for breakfast, a lunchable for lunch, and fast food (if anything at all) for dinner, with snacks in between (though these are usually rice cakes). Needless to say, I have gained weight and am now looking to shed it. I feel as though counting calories could be effective for me, but perhaps I was choosing to eat the wrong foods. My availability to exercise now is much more limited, so I will be relying on dieting more heavily than before. My question to you is what are some good food options for someone like me? If you have a sample menu that’d be great. Thanks all!

i lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks.
i been eating
tuesdays-thursday-saturday
for breakfast: special k cereal a special k strawberry granola and a white tea
lunch: fruits
dinner: vegetable and meat
lunch : fruits
night: white tea

monday-wednesday-friday
breakfast: 1 whole grain bread, 1 boiled egg ,special k bar and my white tea
lunch: fuits
dinner: herbal life
lunch: crakers
night: white tea

sunday
breakfast : special k cereal, special k bar and white tea

i drink 2 lt of water a day
i exercise almost everyday for almost 1 hour i kinda have a big legs and i dont want my butt or my thighs to get too slim i just want them to be tone what can i do? or should i change something in my diet please help

How much calories did I have today?

Breakfast – Original Cherrios with 1% milk

Snack – Green Tea + one peice of whole wheat bread with Classic hummus

Lunch – One and 1/2 piece of homemade brownies with milk

Snack – Some piece of lettuce

Dinner – Ordered Chinese food takeout – only had a plate with chicken, veggies, and fried rice

I also drank tons of amount of water throughout the day…..I also ran for about 20 minute, walked about 3 miles and worked out for about 45 mins….How much calories did I take in today?

Also I usually never have chinese food nor brownies but since today was "speacil" I spiced up my diet a little more today so um yeah…

Herbal Tea (no sugar)

Snack (10:15am) – 1 apple

Lunch (1:00pm) – Grilled Chicken and some salad (dressed with lemon juice and herbs)

start my day on computer tv till about 11am

then i head to chinese buffet and eat 7 dollar lunch
my food is
-broccoli (lots)
-snow peas (lots)
-a little bit of rice
-very little chicken
-fruit (green and orange melon, watermelon, pineapple, peach)
-water and hot tea
i eat enough so i am full but my stomach is not hurting

then i pack a cooler with ice water bottles and 2 gatorade bottles and also pack nutra grain bars in my car

then i go on a 5 mile trail and do cardio walking/jogging till dawn

i sip water/gatorade if i need to and if i feel i’m having a sugar low i eat a bite or two of nutra grain bar

go home shower news sleep good

can this workout if i do it for at least next 3 months

okay i don’t know what it is but its getting worse. it started about a month or two ago,
it started off with eczema, but now ive got spots on my face and the eczema is getting worse

okay i do realize it COULD be because of my stress – ive been under immense pressure due to exams (gcses) , but ive calmed down as they are over, it was really bad because ive never been under that much pressure in my live. but why am i still getting itching and spots and stuff?

but i was wondering -
could it be my diet? i have kind of started eating new things, but they re all healthy changes.

heres what i have on an average day:
breakfast – bio pot yogurt with chopped banana
lunch – sandwich (Philadelphia and lettuce)
dinner – whatever my mum makes (never been a problem)
i do have about 2 cups of herbal tea.

okay, now i want to know whether its my eating or my stress?
please help me!

I play tennis twice a week. Today I had tennis for an hour, so porobaly burned a good amount of calories.

Breakfast:
Half of a Slim Fast shake

Lunch:
Nothing

Dinner:
I am going to have Chinese food, I usually eat a lot of that, since it’s my favorite food. (:

*I dring a lot of water and tea throughout the day, so my drinks don’t have a lot of calories. Plus, I do some sit-ups/crunches during the day.

Please, don’t tell me I’ll actually "gain weight" from this diet because I don’t believe that, so don’t give me that kind of explanation. I just want to know if that is considered or on the border line on being called "anorexic." And please don’t give me or suggest any diet plans. I just want a yes or no answer. Thank you.

P.S. The other days I don’t have tennis, I jog. I am not over weight, I just want to be skinny like a lot of people I see.

I have been dieting and exercising for two weeks now.

I’ve added veggies to my diet, I cut down soda to an occasional minimum (and thats only to ween myself off it even more) and I’ve been eating breakfast.

I eat cereal with Yogurt and a glass of V8 Fusion

Salad for Lunch with cheese and light dressing (thousand island, and to the serving size) with some crystal light – cherry drink.

Dinner is normal, whatever my mom cooks and I don’t overeat it either.

For a snack I have another yogurt or something small

If I go out to eat (mostly chinese) I mostly eat sushi and have ice tea, no sugar. but I never overeat.

I was a 155 pounds 2 weeks ago. I went down to 151 but now I’m 153. I excercise daily (either at work, where I am never sitting down or with Dance Dance Revolution since its all I have)

Any ideas why I’m not losing like I should? Anything I should be doing differently?

I am seriously just a little bit away from a 6-pack. Its just a patch of fat over it. I work as much as I can and do cardio as often as I can, but i still cant shake it off

My diet consists of
RICE, fish, chicken (dinner almost daily)
Ceasar salads(lunch)
Pearl Milk tea and the occasional Calamari (snack)
Bread (breakfast)
Cinnimon Toast Crunch (midnight snack)

Here’s my daily routine:

Breakfast:
Oatmeal with a handful of raisins and peanuts, plus one banana. (made with water; not milk)

Lunch:
Lettuce salad with raisins, peanuts, one lemon, two boiled eggs and olive oil dressing

Diner:
Brown rice with lentils or beans

I also take one multi-vitamin, omega-3 capsules, and a calcium supplement. I drink herbal tea and water throughout the day. I work out for 30-40 mins. per day.

Is there any foods I should be eating which would lead to a more regular, steady, and even metabolism? Just the other week my mood was different on every other day. I feel like I need some foods which would calm me down; keep me less jittery – something which would slow my metabolism. Any ideas?

(I tried Lithium and Lamictal, but, unfortunately, they failed)

I’m 5′5 and weight 73kg. I would like to be 60kg.

I’m working on a plan.

Run 1hr every morning Mon to Fri (I can do this quite comfortably)

Breakfast: Bran cereal with soya milk
or Soya yoghurt with fruit

Lunch: Large leafy salad

Dinner: Large portion of steamed vegetables

Throughout day…lots of water, herbal teas

If you have any other ideas, please provide your suggestions.
