I haven’t been able to poop recently, and if I do then I force it and not much comes out. Sometimes the poop is green. My belly has been getting real big. I tried eating fruits, milk, drinking a lot of water, gatorade, vegetables, exercising, and even those chinese green tea for diet that’s supposed to make you poop a lot but none of them works. It doesnt make me poop. Im thinking of taking some laxatives. Should I? and what is wrong with me? Am I constipated. please help.

I’ve decided a few days ago to lose some weight. I’m 19, 60kg/ 163 cm. In general, I’m trying to lose 6-7 kg in 6 weeks. I’m changing my diet gradually so that I don’t experience a yoyo diet in the future or any other binge eating problems due to rapid weight loss and sudden change in diet or calorie decrease. So far,
Breakfast: boiled egg, banana
Morning tea: Pear or apple
Lunch: Sushi or rice lunch box (I’m asian so I usually just take left over dinner for lunch)
Afternoon: A cup of fresh fruit juice or vegetable juice
Dinner: Chinese dishes (mum cooks with little oil so everything is really oil-free and healthy)

I also try to drink a lot of water during the day. I’ve been to the gym in the past week and I will go 4-5 times a week. I usually spend 1 hour per session. 10 min on bike, 5 min rowing, 10 min eliptical, 20 min treadmill, 10 strength training, etc I’ll probably increase the time once I get use to a lot of exercise.

I’ve lost 1 kg already in 3 days but I think it was due to water loss. Do you think if I continue to follow the above, I would be able to achieve my goal in 6 weeks?

Please don’t judge me. I am 5′3,vegan,have anxiety and panic disorder, almost 16 and 108 pounds. I want to be thin so badly that it hurts. I heard about the ABC diet and wanted to give it a try, please tell me if it works or not. What I ate today: Breakfast: tea, Lunch: coffee, Dinner: and and a half cups of brown rice with a home made stir-fry of teriyaki tofu, snap peas, broccoli, white onion, and scallions. I know that it’s a lot of sodium, so I am drinking a lot of water and decaf herbal tea right now. Link to ABC diet:http://www.whyeat.net/forum/threads/1131-Ana-Boot-Camp-(-ABC-Diet-)

Tell me what you think of it, or your results if you have tried it?
*one and a half cups brown rice

Okay, so before anything, I’m going to tell you, I’m 17 years old, 5 feet, and 120 pounds.
I want to be 110 pounds.

I don’t excercise, the only excercise I get is that I walk a LOT. About two miles a day, sometimes three, sometimes only one.

I’ve only been dieting for a week.
Before this week, my meals were TERRIBLE. all junk food, chips chocolate cookies like 10 servings of it a day, pizza chinese food fried food iced tea all of that good yummy stuff! But I had a reality check and realized my stomach isn’t as flat as I want it to be, and my thighs aren’t as thin as I want them to be.

So I cut off all junk food, I’m putting in more vegetables and fruits in my diet, and cut off all sugary drinks.
But I’m afraid I might be eating too much…
My scale says I’ve lost 3 pounds over the week, but my scale does that sometimes. And by the end of the night I’m back at 120 pounds anyways.

This was my food today :
Lunch : half a turkey hero with muenster cheese, lettuce and olives, and half a tuna hero with muenster cheese, lettuce and olives (i had turkey, my mom had tuna, we switched halves)

Than for a snack, I had a kiwi and a banana

For dinner, I had two lean pieces (size of the palm of my hand, but thin like card board) of pork, bbq’ed corn on the cob, half of a potato, grilled with garlic and onion powder (first time trying them, delicious! no oil or anything! just on the BBQ grill! yum! are they fattening?), and a half a cup of beans

I had a lot of water today, I’ve been drinking a lot of water.

Is this too much food?

Also.. for a snack later, since it’s still early and I get hungry often.. my mom made home made soft pretzels and i want one sooooo bad.. is it okay if i eat this? i haven’t had a snack in a weeeeeeek!

will i lose any weight eating like this? or at least mantain my weight? i only want to lose 10 pounds!

Before this week, my meals were something like this:
Breakfast : brownie with milk
Lunch : chinese food
Snack : two bags of chips and two bars of chocolate and a large iced tea
Dinner : three big pieces of fried chicken with two potatoes as french fries to myself
Than more chocolate for dessert

YEP.. And I managed to NOT be overweight with eating like this ALL MY LIFE. I guess I’m lucky.
Anyways, I’m not 100% satisfied with my body. I really would love to be a tad bit thinner, just 10 pounds!

So I cut off all junk food, I’m putting in more vegetables and fruits in my diet, and cut off all sugary drinks.

Ok, not fat but can it make you saggy? I am slim but I was in better shape a few months ago before I started drinking LOADS of herbal tea? I drink one green tea when I wake up (freshly brewed, no sugar) then throughout the day I drink camomile or dandelion or peppermint. Is it possible that the tea is to blame for me losing some of my muscle definition? My diet is relatively healthy and I go running nearly everyday for about 20-30 mins. I drink a lot of water but I’ve substituted some of my usual mineral water for the tea, so proportionally drinking less plain water lately.
what is ”pes”????

fyi I weigh 132 and am 5′7

I play tennis twice a week. Today I had tennis for an hour, so porobaly burned a good amount of calories.

Breakfast:
Half of a Slim Fast shake

Lunch:
Nothing

Dinner:
I am going to have Chinese food, I usually eat a lot of that, since it’s my favorite food. (:

*I dring a lot of water and tea throughout the day, so my drinks don’t have a lot of calories. Plus, I do some sit-ups/crunches during the day.

Please, don’t tell me I’ll actually "gain weight" from this diet because I don’t believe that, so don’t give me that kind of explanation. I just want to know if that is considered or on the border line on being called "anorexic." And please don’t give me or suggest any diet plans. I just want a yes or no answer. Thank you.

P.S. The other days I don’t have tennis, I jog. I am not over weight, I just want to be skinny like a lot of people I see.

I have been on a fairly strict diet for about 8 days. I have been eating fish, chicken, raw spinach, tomatos, radishes, apples, grapefruit, strawberries, raspberries, and drinking herbal tea and a lot of water. I have lost a little bit and I do feel a lot better. However, I am sleeping less and I have a slight headache that is pretty annoying. Does anyone know why this happens? Does this happen to anyone else?
