If you have tried herbal teas ( the ones that take a few hours to digest excess food), how long did you drink the tea for? Also, how much weight did you lose? I have been drinking mine for about a month, but have been going to the gym for 5 months, 6 times a week at one hour a day.

Have you ever seen an e-mail that was a joke passed around about the difference between French women and American women? The first picture is a slim, sexy, fit woman with a basket of herbal teas and some kind of wine. The second picture is a heavy weight woman eating a McDonalds cheese burger.
Now people laugh at this e-mail and take it as a joke labeling America as fat. But if you really think about it, is this really funny or embarrassing?
The more I thought about it, I felt ashamed. I’m an attractive woman and take care of myself. I’m not over weight but I’m not real skinny either.
How does this make you feel as an American woman?
Just a curious question.

I have been feeling for the past weeks now the need to constantly urinated and it is accompanied with excessive salivation. I’ve done a urine culture and had no infection found. I have been taking for quite a while now diuretic herbal teas and have been using many diuretic slimming products which I have all stopped now but symptoms persist. Could I be suffering from a potassium defeciency? as I also at times feel pressure in my head, my hands shake and I feel tired.

I have issues with trying to drink things that are truly hot. I tend to try and go too fast too soon and wind up with a numb burned patch on my tongue. Aside from teas that are meant to soothe a sore throat, do they have the same benifits at any temperature?
Also, if you were to make herbal teas with intent to ice, could you make a large amount to last the entire day instead of making a cup three or four times?
Am I wasteing my time with teas meant to energize and "slim?" I’m kind of testing the herbacious waters with the two teas I got today, didn’t even know how to use a tea-ball really. If I have any success with these I may turn to herbal remidies for my mood problems, as modern medicine has failed me *or was it just that my psychiatrist was a moron?*
