I am seriously just a little bit away from a 6-pack. Its just a patch of fat over it. I work as much as I can and do cardio as often as I can, but i still cant shake it off
My diet consists of
RICE, fish, chicken (dinner almost daily)
Ceasar salads(lunch)
Pearl Milk tea and the occasional Calamari (snack)
Bread (breakfast)
Cinnimon Toast Crunch (midnight snack)

I am new with low carb and it has been 2 weeks or so since I am on this diet. Today I had one bunch of broccoli and a cup of spinach and one egg, does that affects my dieting plan? I mean because I had green stuffs?
more on my diet, for the last weeks, I had nothing but three eggs a day and green tea. I lose 12 in one week and a half. Then after i started getting really weak and expermenting changes, I broke the diet for one day after the first week and a half and had fruits, tuna, and dates. Then I started again on three eggs, but yesterday with chinese new year, I ordered chicken wing and other fishy stuffs, and there were so sauce and other stuffs that I added and back at home my taiwanese roommate made a lot of foods, so I had variety of cooked meat, egg and fish. Are those gonna affect my diet?

Overall am starting to eat a healthy diet with lots of fiber, fruits and veggies, some fish, portioned meats, no sodas, vitamin supps, lots of green tea and water, low salts, sugars, and trans fat. I know I can have rare cheat meals but if i stay within the limits say within 20 g of saturated fat and a 2000 calorie diet; is it ok to eat 2 slices of pizza or chinese for dinner but eat good throughout the day and excercise as well.

I have been on a fairly strict diet for about 8 days. I have been eating fish, chicken, raw spinach, tomatos, radishes, apples, grapefruit, strawberries, raspberries, and drinking herbal tea and a lot of water. I have lost a little bit and I do feel a lot better. However, I am sleeping less and I have a slight headache that is pretty annoying. Does anyone know why this happens? Does this happen to anyone else?

I’m talking about authentic food, not Wong’s takeout, Ray’s Pizza, or Taco bell…I mean, you always see these people having relatives who eat their food live up to be very old…but which is the healthiest in your opinion?
(correct me if i’m wrong on these)
Chinese: heavy use of vegetables (meat is usually not the main course) and some fish. Green tea, ginger, and rice all consumed regularly. Diary not very popular.
Italian: lots of tomatoes in food which boosts immunity, fish, diary for strong bones from chesses/milk, wine
Mexican: …beans? i dunno much about authentic mexican food…but it seems healthy doesnt it?
