Okay I H A T E E X E R C I S E but I really need to lose like twenty pounds in a month, No diet pills or starvation either please.

I have been eating healthy the past few weeks, but only lost like three pounds.

my current eating plan is this—>

wake up at 6am drink tea with lemon in it (its supposed to "jump start" your metabolism)
then I go to school, the next time I eat is lunch, which is whatever the school is serving
usually a burger with potatoes, fruit and a salad
then I get home and am super hungry, sometimes I will stay heathy and eat veggies, or some days I will junk out and eat chips or a twinkie, then for dinner I will have whatever my mom makes, (Chinese, pasta, soup, BBQ, chiken wrap ect…) with veggies or fruit nd salad
then I’ll have peach green tea again at night.

Please help fix my diet….and please no exercise or workouts Y_Y

At the last week of January this year I was about 230lbs..since then I have gotten myself down to about 191-190. I was exercising six times a week with weight lifting and running. And I was on a meal plan where I ate six meals a day about 2 1/2 – 3 hours apart. I was sticking to a pretty bland diet. I would usually eat egg whites for breakfast and a lot of veggies and fruits with lean meats, white rice, etc. I usually drink water with most of my meals, if not water then Green Tea or Diet Green Tea. But I have come to a plateau so to speak. Every since I got down to 195 it has taken me about four weeks to lose three pounds almost. I have actually boosted up my weight lifting from about 30 minutes to over and hour and from running just a few miles to running anywhere from three to six miles w/ sprints after I lift. Since I do more exercise I only do it five days a week now to get more rest. But why have I come to a stand still with my weight lose?? I can’t even stress how bad I want to eat McDonalds or Chinese food. But I feel that if I even treat myself one time I will get too far behind to lose weight like I was. Does anyone have any advice or tips for me? Appreciate it.

Basically my diet is

10.00 r 11.00

bowl of chicken and veg soup two slices of wholemeal bread r 4 small slices of brown bread

smoothie herbal tea water

5. r 6.00

half a tin of baked beans and two slices of wholemeal toast

snack- 4 crackers an d butter

mix it up ach day with different soups and maybe have the beans in the mourning instead of dinner and change the snacks around

try gt at least 30 mins of exercise in each day

basically i want to hear from ppl what they would change how nutritional it is and how effective for weight loss
oh i go to the gym for 1 hour1/2
6 out of 7 days each week
i was sayin that for someone if they dont have that option ……i did it before and lost like a stone last november i just wondering if any1 can spice it up and what the nutitional value of it is

Ok, I see so many freaking advertisements, and I’m kinda tired of them.

"Wanna know how to lose weight, buy my book for 100 bux." It’s like… why?

I don’t exercise much, and I’m of average weight, I don’t do diets, I tend to eat whenever I’m hungry, I just have these love handle-ish things I don’t like. I don’t want to even attempting to do sit ups. Is there some type of standing exercise or activity I can do to keep that mid section fit… that doesn’t involve me wasting an hour, drinking/eating shit I don’t like, and getting sweaty and disgusting? I would usually swim, but I don’t have a pool, and im scared to mix relaxed hair with chlorine >_> SO yeah… any suggestions? I’m not looking to become a body builder, I’m looking to maintain my current figure till I die!!!

Oh yeah I don’t consume alcohol, don’t smoke, and my main drink of choice is iced tea. Sadly do eat pizza often/chinese food, I’ll probably need to cut that down a little, but I’m perfectly capable to make myself chicken and some spinach or whatever.

Is it true about oolong and green tea. I have read .org websites that claims it works. Does it help to shed unwanted pounds, my uncle lives in Hapan and he says it works. I just need other asians (chinese/japaneese) opinions.

How much wait can it take off with proper dieting and exercise!

I started drinking Japanese green tea with roasted rice called genmaicha just for the taste and to keep warm during the winter season. I liked the taste of it and I knew that drinking too much coffee would be bad for me.

Throughout my whole life I’ve been struggling with belly fat although I was super skinny everywhere else, I was like a man with a beer gut.

I started drinking about 5-15 cups a day and I shrank around 5 inches off my waist without diet or exercise in about a month and even during the feast from Christmas.

I’ve also been trying many different facial creams to combat aging. One that costs up to 100$. It worked slightly but after drinking the Green Tea for around a month, my skin looks 10 years younger and all the lines disappeared literally. My friend told me that my face is glowing and very even. She’s very envious.

I’ve also been struggling with ups and downs. I would get depressed easily but ever since drinking green tea I’ve been happy and stable.

I look easily under 19 now although I’m nearing 28 all because I’ve been drinking Genmaicha from Japan. I believe that’s how many Japanese people stay young and thin.

I thought I should share this with everyone. Has anyone else seen these effects as well?

I’ve been drinking close to 5-15 cups a day. Genmaicha has the least amount of caffeine in all non herbal teas.
viva_la_semona: You should talk to your doctor first. I don’t think it’s harmful, it’s a health drink, nothing bad comes from it but caffeine. Genmaicha has hardly any caffeine but make sure you talk to your parents and doctor before you start drinking tons. A cup a day shouldn’t hurt, it’s less caffeine than coke. But at your age, you shouldn’t be concerned about losing weight. You’re body is still in development and if you do stuff unnaturally to lose weight, you might develop wrong and in turn have a harder time with losing weight once you’re an adult.

i need to loose the belly fat from my c-section 2 months ago..i need to loose atleast 5 to 10 pounds in 2 weeks i bought Green Tea with Lemon would tat assisst in loosing weight wid diet n exercise? how does green tea asist in loosing weight thanks!

I’ve tried everything from exercise, sleeping pills, herbal teas, diet changes to treat my insomnia but nothing works. It’s like once I lay in bed I can’t shut my mind off. It is constantly racing and I can’t rest. I’ve been living on 2 hours of sleep a night for the past 6 months.

Would I possibly get the same or close to the same results with drinking green tea? Along with diet and exercise of course. But is there something special in the other teas or could the same be done with the green tea?

I was researching the types of slimming teas. Oolong teas and the others have no calories, no sodium, no carbs, no protien – same goes for the green tea.

Im m15 years old and im trying to lose 10 pounds for me before i start school in september. I’ve tried by asking these questions and exercising for the past two summers but no luck.
what is the best plan for me to do this (exercise and eating wise)

I also use Wu-Long Fat Burning/Chinese Slimming Tea.
Im not going to buy anything online because i already bought the WuLong tea online. Just need plans

k so my friend bought Wu long tea and she wasn’t so sure if it made u skinny with out doing exercise or it just rise up Ur metabolism ?
