okay so it wasn’t a total binge more of stupidity..but how do I "recover" and not gain weight from this? Will I? So today I had a normal diet:breakfast was normal, lunch was light and for "dinner" my parents wanted to go out to chinese at 2:00 and . so I just went along (its Sunday we usually go out and eat)I ordred a tofu and mixed vegetable plate. after that we went to my grandparents house (sunday family gathering) and they offerd me cake and coffee. Im like *cool I’ll just drink Coffe and skip cake* THE WHOLE day until 2:00 to 10 pm when we came home I ddidn’teat. Pretty stupid. Once we got home I went out. I am starving. I had 3 whopping pieces of fruit pizza (home made) two spoons of oorganicyogurt, a few sspoon fullsof rice and I had about 5 hhand fullsof yogurt covered raisins! I was doing so good today until I semi-starved myself and ate a whole bunch. Im not "stuffed" like after a typical binge, but how do I know if I GAINED WEIGHT? I have a scale. How do I prevent it?
I drank cleansing tea after the "episode".
And was it that bad?

please dont preach about how "one day of a binge wont do anythig!" I know…Im just recovering from anorexia (yes yes I know anorexics dont binge well thats a LIE) and Im still self concious. I am more ashamed and kinda hate myself right now and have anxiety of gaining real weight.

I’ll give you as much info as I can. Around 7pm I had a weird headache. I have been near my friend who has been ill and her illness started with a headache but I haven’t gotten any of her other symptoms and her headache lasted only 2hours or so. Anyway back on the main topic. I read some stuff and had 2 cups of water and a peanut butter sandwich. Then went to bed at around 00:20am. And woke up at about 9:20am. And still have it.

The pain is mainly coming from the left side but the right side flares every now and then.

My diet yesterday was some cereal for breakfast. Lunch was spam,sweetcorn and fried rice. (We are Chinese) and for dinner rice some boiled egg thing in sauce and some beef thing with some brown sauce (like hoysin or something). With some chillies in it. (I had two cup of water at each meal and one in the morning. But from Tea at about half 5 I had no water till 10pm except a lucozade orange.

Anyway They are my details so any ideas what I can do?

One low fat yoplait yogurt

One bowl of of special k cereal

One mini cupcake
Two small portions of Chinese food – chicken almond
Chicken almond is chicken, almonds, rice (white) and gravy.
I used light gravy because I know it’s not good, because of the sodium.

I drank water and diet green tea.

I’m going to exercise too, probably for 30 mins.

I think I’m craving salt because I’m on my period.
I don’t drink soda. Also the diet green tea has zero calories.

Ok so recently I’ve started drinking green tea after all my meals.
I eat roughly 5-6 meals. Not always small.

I’m dieting or watching my weight. I have a good diet. I eat what I want, how much I want and when I want.
So it varies between salads, soups, Chinese, bread etc etc

And I wouldn’t say my exercise/activity is that high. It’s very limited infact.

But I’ve started losing weight? And I know peope say that green tea doesn’t make you lose weight.
But I can’t thunk of any other reason why I am? It’s not anything much…. A few hekto.

And don’t say it’s water weight or when I weigh myself? Bit I suppose it could be that?

I haven’t been able to poop recently, and if I do then I force it and not much comes out. Sometimes the poop is green. My belly has been getting real big. I tried eating fruits, milk, drinking a lot of water, gatorade, vegetables, exercising, and even those chinese green tea for diet that’s supposed to make you poop a lot but none of them works. please only answer the questions honestly & dont judge me . thanks so much for those of you who help out alot ! i reallly appreciate it .

current day & weight . ; May 14th . 155 pounds . only 5′3 tall .

goal ; June 1st . 135 – 145 pounds at least .

1. how long should i do the diet ? is ten days enough ?

2. the diet reccomends to drink herbal tea & saltwater after . does this mean after each glass you drink or once a day ? also, is salt water just water with like a bit of regular salt in it ? how do you make it & how much of that do you drink ? i heard salt is dangerous .

3. should i do excercise at all while one the detox ? like i usually go running in the park for a few big laps, dance, or get on the treadmill . is this okay or will it make me pass out ? & is there anything special i should do if i want to work out to help my metabolism .

4. after the detox, do you ease back into regular eating & then just continue a healthly lifestyle to maintain the finished weight ?

5. do you think it is possible for me to lose at least 10 pounds or get rid of all my water weight by june 1st. ?

6. in the recipe it requires maple syrup, lemon & a bit of cayenne pepper .
lemon – freshly squeezed or no ?
syrup – specific kind or no ?
cayenne pepper – can i just buy this in a spice section at a place like walmart in the little bottles ?

7. if you did the diet, did it work for you ? how much weight did you lose, & for how long did you do it ?

I do have a trampoline and a treadmill, but I’m so full right now, that moving isn’t a top-priority at the moment.. Jeez I’m lazy.. lol

I’m 15 going on 16. I am 5′11 and weight more then 100kgs. My stomach now protrudes further than my DD breasts. This is quite disturbing for me.

I have tried a diet, but my family sabotages me. So I eat (everyday the same) nothing until 3pm then I eat mint ice cream/peach tea and then at 8pm vegetable chow mein from the chinese place.

I tried to join a dancing class/gym/etc but once more I am sabotaged by my family. There is no way for me to take the classes. I dont have time to cook because I am a busy student, and my family uses the ingredients I buy for recepies.

I need to know any easy way to lose the weight. I think dancing would be good, like just jumping around to music. I dont know. I dont want my family to know I am trying to this because they will try and make me fail.

So… im a 17 year old girl trying to get ready for my graduation trip to cabo! I joined two p.e. classes (one womens weight lifting) where we do HELLA cardio, some flexiblity, and weightlifting! plus every wednesday is conditioning which usually consists of a 20-30 minute run (my teacher used to be a personal trainer..she kicks ass) lol and my second class is a walking for fitness where we have to speed walk 3 miles up and down hill in 35 minutes or less, walkings is not super hard i know even at a fast pace, but it defintly gets my heart racing and a good sweat going.I switched my diet and have been eating super well (egg whites, fruits, veggies, no fast food, water&herbal tea only, small meals throughout the day instead of three big ones ect.) Its only been about a week and a half but I havent seen any weight loss yet…is this normal? or should i be working out more? I feel great and Ive never been in such good shape before, Im only 15 pounds from my target weight and i would like to start seeing myslef slim down here!!

any advice?

I have been on a diet since Christmas.
I have been going to the curves gym(30 minute circuit) 5 times a week and eating 1,000 calories a day with 1 litre of water everyday. I lost about 8 kgs. I was 65kgs and a week ago I was 56.8kgs.
A week ago, i decided to start walking everyday for an hour and to drink the Beesline slimming tea (herbal) after lunch and dinner. and I started drinking 2 litres of water instead of one, and I still go to the curves gym .

My question is, do you think I lost weight during this week? my goal is 53-54kgs.
My height is 166 and I am female, if that matters.

My mom is on a diet and joined this program called herbalife and she wants the whole family to stay fit as well so she’s making me drink this nasty tasting concentrated herbal tea. It’s suppose to help with digestion or something. So anyone tried this tea? Does it work in anyway? I don’t mind drinking this horrible tasting tea everyday but I want to know if I’ll see any results or something and not a waist of money.

i have a ton of acne on my face…..like all over, on my forehead, cheeks, and chin….it get annoying sometimes cuz i want flawless skin too…

and i’ve tried everything…..from clearasil, neutrogena, to ProActiv..nothing worked for me,

i later found out that i can’t use products that have benzoly peroxide or salicylic acid in them cuz i’m allergic to it and it makes my acne worse….

so yeah, sucks to be me….lol…

anyways, so now i’m changing my diet, and trying herbal things…..

like from last night, i’ve started drinking like 2 glasses of green tea daily

and i woke up this morning, and my skin kinda feel softer, and less oily….cuz usually when i wake up in the morning, my skin is very oily.

so i’m just wondering if green tea indeed works for acne treatment…

but i am gonna stick to this routine, drinking green tea daily.

Please don’t judge me. I am 5′3,vegan,have anxiety and panic disorder, almost 16 and 108 pounds. I want to be thin so badly that it hurts. I heard about the ABC diet and wanted to give it a try, please tell me if it works or not. I don’t have severe acne at all. I wouldn’t even classify it as mild, however i do have pimples and get frequent breakouts. I don’t understand why though. Im 15 and half, and im very active and eat very, very healthy for my age. I tend to stay away from the greasy foods and chocolate, and my daily diet consists of plenty of fruits, wholegrain breads, tuna, water and juice. I play sports a lot, and am very fit. Each day, i wash my face twice a day with a clean and warm wash cloth, and scrub my face with it to rid of any dirt and germs. I don’t use any form of soaps, especially not the acne washes, because they have made everything worse. I shower once a day, and hardly touch my face or pick the pimples. I am currently taking chinese herbal remedies to help soothe the acne. I take tablets and drink tea that was prescribed to me. Ive been doing this for about a week, and so far haven’t seen any improvement. Ive now finished school for the year, so stress is out of the question. Why am i getting these pimples, and what is the best way to prevent them. Please help…im desperate!

I am losing weight and have been using these things: Diet Green Tea, Whey Protein Powder, Fiber Supplement, Vitamins and Flaxseeds. Do any of these things change the effectiveness of birth control pills ? I’m taking Levlen 28.

Just curious. I now some herbal things effect it, but wasn’t sure if that included Green Tea’s or not.

bowl of chicken and veg soup two slices of wholemeal bread r 4 small slices of brown bread

smoothie herbal tea water

5. r 6.00

half a tin of baked beans and two slices of wholemeal toast

snack- 4 crackers an d butter

mix it up ach day with different soups and maybe have the beans in the mourning instead of dinner and change the snacks around

try gt at least 30 mins of exercise in each day

6 out of 7 days each week
i was sayin that for someone if they dont have that option ……i did it before and lost like a stone last november i just wondering if any1 can spice it up and what the nutitional value of it is

I love peanut butter, but I am really trying to reduce the amount of junk food I eat. Is a spoonful of peanut butter a day okay? I know it is high in fat, and it is also high in protein. Or should I just cut out all peanut butter in my diet?? Thanks

im on this diet wich i only get to eat 1 meal a day my other two meals are Shakes And Herbal Teas I lost 6 pounds in 1 week . But its weird how wen people lose wiehgt to those kind of diets they tend to go to the bathroom alot Well i dont at all wich is weird . Hello everyone, I have written several questions on here about loosing weight. But I am tired of being fat. I want to be skinny and look fabulous and not run out of breathe easily at the gym. First of all I have been eating really, really shi**y the past few weeks. I have been eating ice-cream, fried food, chinese food, and processed salty food. I am ready to start making better choices, and change my life and diet permanently. For liquids I will only be drinking unsweetened tea, tons of water, and some juice (when I say some juice I mean less than a cup a day). For food I am going to try to eat only: Fresh fruits, fresh vegtables, lots of nuts (almonds, peanuts, walnuts, etc.), dried fruit, very low calorie dressings (for salads), and perhaos brown rice. My plan is to do this diet/lifestyle for 2 weeks (and I will be treating myself only once a week, like 1 scoop of ice-cream/week) and after those two weeks I am going to start the lemonade cleanse and do that cleanse for 15-20 days. And then as soon as I am done with the cleanse I am going to eat only fresh fruit and vegtables, nuts, and dried fruit while treating myself ONLY once a week. I also workout 5-6 days a week for atleast an hour. Does this sound healthy, and will this work? Thankyou.
