Hello! Tradicionally, Chinese considered using forks and knives at the table barbaric, because they were considered weapons. It was also impolite to have guests work to cut their own food. Also in China, meat, oil, and sugar are luxuries not consumed regularly by a majority of the population. Only the rich are able to have these in their diets. Because of this, the spread of Western fast-food restaurant chains such as McDonald’s and Kentucky Fried Chicken is bringing obesity to richer families. Although some Chinese food has incorporated Western tastes, most aspects of Chinese cuisine are still passed down generation to generation, untouched. Today I’ve brought Chinese tea leaf eggs. They are made using just hard-boiled eggs, green tea, and soy sauce.

Haha this is very weird out of context, but I appreciate any replies!

Only 4 weeks til I go to Cancun and I am stressing big time. I have cut my calories down big time. This is more difficult than getting off drugs!! I had no idea how much I enjoyed food. I have been eating fruit in the morning and salad and chicken. No bread until today and it was wheat.
Anyone know how to melt away pounds fast? Like there supposed to be this ancient Chinese tea….
there is also something called the sacred heart diet. Has anyone heard of it and if so does it work?

I have been through every diet pill there is, and I do know of a few that work very well. I have had another type of Chinese tea that helped me lose weight, I was just wondering if anyone has personally experienced change in their figure from drinking Wu-Yi Source Tea? It has been advertised on the news, talk shows, etc.. but does it really work?

Serious answers are appreciated!

Has anyone heard about this Wu Yi Diet Tea? It’s apparently a Chinese tea that helps with weight loss. I am skeptical about trying it and was hoping someone out there would be able to confirm either positive or negative thoughts about it.

I’m doing a piece of work where I have to evaluate the claims of two weight-loss programmes?
I am doing Slim-Fast and Pu-erh (a Chinese tea drink).

They are apparently all clinically-proven to help lose weight but there’s always a catch. I need to write about that!
What could the problems with these two programmes be?

Help!
