ok so im on this diet please help?
im on this diet wich i only get to eat 1 meal a day my other two meals are Shakes And Herbal Teas I lost 6 pounds in 1 week . But its weird how wen people lose wiehgt to those kind of diets they tend to go to the bathroom alot Well i dont at all wich is weird . Im very mad because i was doing very good and today my stomach looks big agen ! i eat Non fatening food Today i Ate a Steak Caesar Salad with only croutons and romaine lettuce with Robusto italian Dressing And Other than that all i eat every day is Chicken Cutlet . I know that it cant be the food thats making me look fatter again butt am i really losing fatt ?!

Are you doing some workout? If not then what you are losing is water weight. You will get those pounds back when you start eating normal again.

spinach you can make Peta pockets with spinach and veggies it like a pinch pie minus the calories and fat
ever make home made chow mein with veggies its only 160 calories per cup
veggie burgers are good
chicken is always good but it depends how you make it never fry it or put it in oil the best way to cut it is to grill it taste good and is good for you
if you don’t have a grill you can get a small one at job lot or just about anywhere
do you eat breakfast if you don’t you should start now
also you should be eating 5-6 times a day its easy
1breakfast 2 lunch 3 snack 4 dinner 5 snack
you should exercise at least 30 minutes a day 7 days a week or 45 minutes 4 times a week

First, if you were losing weight it would be water weight. You are telling your body that there is no food to feed it. You are saying to your body to hold on to everything it gets because you are in famine. People who are starving get huge stomachs because the stomach is empty and swells. You need five little meals a day totally 1500 calorie to maintain a good body weight and ability to carry you around. If you want a diet to lose weight go to the doctor/GP and ask for a real programme to lose weight. Don’t go on the fad diets that seem so simple and guarantee a weight loss. There isn’t one that doesn’t damage the body.

Those kind of diets are awful, you are actually going to make your situation worse because you can’t keep that up forever, and when you stop you will gain even more back because your body doesn’t know how to process real food anymore.
If you want to lose a belly, you must combine cardio and some weights. Cardio burns off the fat, and muscles burn fat even while your sitting down.
Do cardio, like running, jogging, bicycling, dancing (to the point where you sweat) for 30 minutes. Then do some weight training, alternating upper body one day and lower body the next (in order to give the muscles a day in between to heal).
Then you just need to eat healthy. Eat a lot of fruits and veggies, remember a portion of meat is the size of the palm of your hand, and even eat snacks! Once you are working out and have built up some muscles, you’ll find you can even indulge in treats every day (without going totally wild you know) and still keep losing weight.
Don’t worry about bulking up from the weights, this wont happen as long as you don’t go taking steroids or anything. Also remember that stress causes belly fat for some people, so make sure you manage your stress levels.
