Well I start school next week and well I have been drinking a herbal trim tea its helped a little bit I lose 3 pounds and well I want to lose ten more pounds by next week ! And ideas on Easy weight loss for me , diet plans etc . Thanks !! I really wanna look great for school ![]()

How i lost alot of weight a couple years ago, I stopped eating a before i went to bed ( dont eat after 7- 8 pm) I started walking alot more ( since you want to lose weight try running) and the weight came off but you should try and Eat the best you can …. Like motivate your self to! and umm do sit ups like in the morning mid day and before you go to sleep. Im sorry i know it seems like alot :/

,,eat only veggies and fruits,drink lots of water,, running around your house 3 hours a day or go outside and run,, don’t forget to sleep well your body needs to rest. i guess that’s routine help you a lot..im done with it and it works great.

I lost around 7-12 pounds by only eating oatmeal for two and a half weeks, along with exercising and multivitamins to make up for the nutrients I lost. Although, I am kind of encouraging crash dieting, do not do it! I gained half the the 12lbs back once I quit.
