I need diet help. Age 19 Female?

I am 19 I was 350 lbs and 5′3 but I shed 150lbs. So i’m like at 230 now but after getting married I cant seem to stick to a diet or work out my marriage isn’t as good as it could be because I’m heavy (sex life aka) I need something that works for me. here is a little info on me I take vitamins , I drink lots of herbal green tea and detox tea , I have a free gym available. I need to work of my belly and my upper arms BADLY. I just want to be beautiful again like i was when i was 140lbs please help me?

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

Sometimes losing weight isn’t as simple as eating less and exercising more. The body is a royal pain – it will scream and hold on to fat desperately. When weight loss is rapid, you will reach a point where the body refuses to let much more off.
The best way to diet is to not buy any junk in the first place. If the house is full of healthy, nutritional, low fat food, then if you snack then at least you’re forced to snack in good things. If someone else really wants the "bad food", then perhaps they can have a locked cupboard or something. That way, there’s no temptations for you.
If things are too hard to do, then you may benefit from a personal trainer or a dieting expert. It’s extreme, but gastric bands can be fitted now, but they may require more weight loss, as you have to be a certain weight, and this is something you’d have to confirm with your local GP.
I can understand how hard this is for you. When I want to do something hard, I just stop and think about now and the future. So with your case with breaking diets, when you reach for those biscuits, just think "Sure I want those biscuits now, but think what shape I’ll be in a years time? Not much different. So do I want the taste of the biscuit for a few minutes, or the weight loss later on for potentially forever?"… if you get my drift.

diets NEVER work.
Diets are only short-term fixes. To lose weight and keep it off you need to have a healthy lifestyle – not just healthy food intake. Try to keep active with regular exercise and make sure you eat a variety of foods.
The most important thing is to maintain a healthy metabolism.

Have you ever heard of fletcherism? It’s a sure method of losing weight. The man who invented this diet, Horace Fletcher followed his own rules of dieting for 5 months and lost 60 pounds. Follow these simple directions and you will notice changes.
1. Chew your food to a pulp or milky liquid until it practically swallows itself.
2. Never eat until hungry.
3. Enjoy every bite or morsel, savoring the flavour until it is swallowed.
4. Do not eat when tired, angry, worried, and at mealtime refuse to think or talk about unpleasant subjects.
I know the chewing part is really gross when you think about it or do it but if you have the heart to lose weight , then this is the method you should follow. Fletcher was consistent in doing this so you need to be really into chewing your food as well if you want to achieve desired results. But Fletcher was also suffering health problems due to his weight before he took this diet so losing so much weight in such a quick time was fine for him, unlike you. Losing weight drastically in any way is never healthy for an ordinary person, so take it slow and take it in steps over a longer period of time. Good luck.

this is so easy! the solution, not the execution, at this weight, you are not into the "feel sorry for me" realm, stop the "detox" "herbal" nonsense. you cant work out one area for fat loss! your body stores fat everywhere, it sounds like you are fighting yourself, thinking vitamins and tea will fix you is foolish, and you know it. would there be any overweight people if pills could fix it? i am guessing that you don’t work, maybe military? my whole family is, no disrespect. if you have a sidewalk- you can start tom morrow, throw out any chips, sugars, most snacks. use the apple test: if you are hungry enough to eat an apple, eat one. no easy fix

What I did was get 2 packages. i can suggest u one diet plan and u can easily reduce ur weight in 3 to 6 months.and its going to be natural way to reduce ur weight.
1)Before starting any type of diet weight yourself and also note ur whole body measurement in a dairy. Then after every week weigh yourself and note it in ur diary and see how much weight u r losing.
2)Start taking your food with out any oil. Try to use boiled/steamed vegetables, meat, and lot of salad. U can eat fruits too and boiled/steamed chicken or red meat too but no pork. Please note and put it in ur mind that nothing fried or oily.
3)Try to chew ur every food for atleast 20 times. And then swallow it into ur stomach.
4)Potato is strictly forbidden during this diet
5)Don’t eat any type of junk food.
6)Drink at least 3 ltr of water daily. Make ur habit to drink water as much as u can. Rather take a bottle of water with you all the time, when you feel starving, drink it as much as u can.
7)use brown bread
8)use skimmed and low fat milk and yogurt
9)no sugar of any type.
10)First try to avoid any type of soft drink but if u really wants to taste some thing sweet then drink any soft drink (but not cola), but just one glass once in a week.
11)Eat at least once in a day a vegetable soap or Thai soup too as much as u can but no corn flour in it.
12)Just look at your food portion. It is much better to eat several small meals a day (like 5-6 healthy meals a day) than eat either one or two or three huge meal a day.
13)if u feel hungry then divide ur diet into 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only)
14)one bowl of oatmeal can be taken as a break fast
15)No hard drink of any type is allowed in this diet.

17)Watch out ur every drink and every single piece of ur food. Stay away from fatty foods, junk foods, synthetic foods, foods with preservatives and too much carbohydrate. 24)Exercise: Rule-of -Thumb: remember the formula for weight loss and that is Diet= 70% Exercise= 30%. So remember exercise is must with every diet plan. The best indoor exercise machine is tread mill. Run on tread mill for at least 30 mnts daily. Try to extend ur period for one hour. And if you don’t have this facility then best indoor Exercise is skipping.
