Don’t forget that only two weeks of the last month you actually had a baby growing in you. My advice is to stop taking the unnecessary things but continue with the prenatals until you see your doctor.

First of all, relax.
Eating uncooked fish is only dangerous because the bacteria you CAN get in your gut and intestines can be fatal for the baby – but only if the food is carrying the bacteria and if you eat it all day every day!
Don’t panic about your medication either – My mum smoked and drank all through her pregnancy with me and I’m fine, a few painkillers shouldn’t be an issue.
Going forward, eat lots of protein (chicken, red meat), some complex carbs and lots of fruit and vegetables – no more calories than usual unless you want to get fat. Avoid under-cooked meats, cream cheeses, raw fish, eggs, mayonnaise and nuts. Your obgyn will be able to hekp you further, and you can discuss your worries then, but for now enjoy it! Congratulations
