How much calories did I have today?
Breakfast – Original Cherrios with 1% milk
Snack – Green Tea + one peice of whole wheat bread with Classic hummus
Lunch – One and 1/2 piece of homemade brownies with milk
Snack – Some piece of lettuce
Dinner – Ordered Chinese food takeout – only had a plate with chicken, veggies, and fried rice
I also drank tons of amount of water throughout the day…..I also ran for about 20 minute, walked about 3 miles and worked out for about 45 mins….How much calories did I take in today?
Also I usually never have chinese food nor brownies but since today was "speacil" I spiced up my diet a little more today so um yeah…

You did not specify portions, so there is no way to know for sure. So…this is just an estimation!
Breakfast:
1 cup original Cheerios: 120 cals
1/2 cup 1% Milk: 55 cals
TOTAL: 175 cals
Snack:
(if it was plain hot green tea, it would be 0 cals)
8 oz. bottled Green Tea: 70 cals
1 piece whole wheat bread: 100 cals
2 Tbs. hummus: 60 cals
TOTAL: 230 cals
Lunch:
Brownies with milk: 330 cals
TOTAL: 330 cals
Snack:
Lettuce: 5 cals
TOTAL: 5 cals
Dinner:
Chinese food: 700 cals
(It depends on whether it was like orange chicken/sweet and sour or grilled chicken…but chinese takeout is VERY high in calories if you don’t eat the right things!!)
TOTAL: 800 cals
TOTAL: 1540 calories.

There is no way to tell without knowing the servings you had. How much milk did you use with what amount of Cherrios? How much hummus and how much of the chinese?
There is a huge difference in calories if you had one cup of milk over 2 cups
