tomorrow i am going to start the master cleanse diet. i am really motivated in doing this.
im mainly doing it to remove all the toxins and waste from my system and to cleanse out my whole body and to loose weight. the diet includes…
8-10 glasses of the mixture a day
a liter of salt water right after you wake up in the morning and herbal laxative tea before bed at night.
i want to know that if i do follow through with this diet how can i keep off the weight and not gain it back?? thank you !

that’s sounds not fun, have fun never leaving the toilet for a week.

Here is the plain and simple truth.
1) Diets never work, because when people go back to their normal eating habits, they WILL ALWAYS GAIN THE WEIGHT BACK.
2) A good diet is a diet you can stick to FOREVER. It’s about lifestyle, not crash dieting.
3) The whole POINT of the master cleanse, is actually to get rid of your craving for bad food ie:
pastries
fastfood
sugar
donuts/cakes
french fries
pizzas etc etc etc.
Once you finish this diet (since you really want to do it) you cannot go back to eating junk food. At least, hopefully, you will only gain a little bit of weight back from a healthy diet.
But seriously though its not about dieting. it’s about eating RIGHT.
