I’m a housekeeper, a errand runner, a morning exercise person, a walker, and I eat rich proteins like eggs almonds or cashews dairy like string cheese or kraft singles, I eat the occasional thin sliced ham from deli tubs and I take a multi vitamin eat whole grains plenty of them and eat apples and bananas.. drink plenty of water and herbal tea or green teas or regular.. no stress and as healthy as I am my hair still sheds alittle hair I woke up to 3 on my pillow three fell out yesterday is this normal to shed hair everyday

Yes! Its completely normal! I think they say shedding 12 strands of hair in a day is quite normal. And you have a really fit diet!! Keep it up! And don’t worry, and if you are, try having a hot oil massage for your hair. On a regular basis, and it brings drastic results! Wish you luck!

No, the most a diet change can do is help your hair’s growth.
As long as you eat healthy foods, your hair will grow great. If you do not take the proper vitamins/minerals your hair will fall out.
Hair can also fall from stress.
Shedding hair is completely normallll.
