in
Chinese Slimming Tea
But I walked for around an hour and did 20 situps.
Breakfast- Cheese sandwich, toasted, cup of tea.
Snacks- Cereal bar, lollipop
Lunch: 1 grilled chicken breast, chick peas in tomato sauce.
Snacks: Fruit Salad
[[ I went walking for an hour ]]
Dinner: 2 pieces of vine leaves filled with rice, chinese pasta w/ veggies.
[[ 20 situps]]
All of the meals are made with a little amount of olive oil.
I`m on a diet, I want to lose about 5 kg for summer.
Will that ruin my diet?

Sorry to say, but yes that will not work
Okay first don’t make cheese sandwiches a regular thing. Cheese is very fattening. Have two slices of thin ham or some tuna instead. And don’t use as much, if any, butter
Cut down on portion sizes. So half what you normally have. And for dinners don’t have vine leaves AND pasta.. have one or the other. Have one(pushing it two) weetabix in the morning, with no tea. Pearl barley chicken stew is low fat and filling too so its great for dinners-and tasty also!
And make 50 situps and 20 lunges a daily/every other day thing (start off on half this if you dont normally exercise though)
You will feel so much better from this trust me
But also be confident WHILE you are losing the weight too. And even thought it is a cheesy cliche; Confidence can make any one look good. Its not about the goal okay. Its about feeling better and eventually your body shape will change too
Best wishes sweet x

You haven’t ruined anything but you seem to have a lot of carbohydrates in your diet. chick peas are carbohydrates too!

That’s not too much! However, to optimize your diet, eat brown rice instead of white, and wheat bread instead of white.
Carbs are fine as long as they have fiber, which makes chickpeas great! Fiber helps carry fat from your body.
