From what I found in my research, watch out for artificial sweeteners!
Candida thrives on sugar. Artificial sweeteners can increase the appetite for sweets and carbohydrates. They also lower the chromium levels in your body, an important nutrient for the metabolism of sugar. You’re better off using a small amount of sugar instead of artificial sweeteners. Or try using raw honey or agave nectar. They help with recolonizing the "friendly" bacteria (probiotics) in your system.
Hope this helps.
