A friend of mine recommended this herbal tea for a quick diet supplement, its called Slimatee.

I started having a cup at nightime last Friday, I’ve been to the loo a bit more than usual but this morning..OMG!!!, I was half way to work and got caught short!, Had to come home and call in sick. Is this possible its the tea??

A dear friend has uncontrolled high blood pressure. He’s 28, and we don’t want to lose him! He’s taking traditional meds, exercizing and dieting, but nothing works. I’ve heard that curry tea lowers blood pressure. Do you know of a natural remedy we can give him to help his medications work better?

But I walked for around an hour and did 20 situps.
Breakfast- Cheese sandwich, toasted, cup of tea.
Snacks- Cereal bar, lollipop
Lunch: 1 grilled chicken breast, chick peas in tomato sauce.
Snacks: Fruit Salad
[[ I went walking for an hour ]]
Dinner: 2 pieces of vine leaves filled with rice, chinese pasta w/ veggies.
[[ 20 situps]]

All of the meals are made with a little amount of olive oil.
I`m on a diet, I want to lose about 5 kg for summer.
Will that ruin my diet?

im on this diet wich i only get to eat 1 meal a day my other two meals are Shakes And Herbal Teas I lost 6 pounds in 1 week . But its weird how wen people lose wiehgt to those kind of diets they tend to go to the bathroom alot Well i dont at all wich is weird . Im very mad because i was doing very good and today my stomach looks big agen ! i eat Non fatening food Today i Ate a Steak Caesar Salad with only croutons and romaine lettuce with Robusto italian Dressing And Other than that all i eat every day is Chicken Cutlet . I know that it cant be the food thats making me look fatter again butt am i really losing fatt ?!

Hello everyone, I have written several questions on here about loosing weight. But I am tired of being fat. I want to be skinny and look fabulous and not run out of breathe easily at the gym. First of all I have been eating really, really shi**y the past few weeks. I have been eating ice-cream, fried food, chinese food, and processed salty food. I am ready to start making better choices, and change my life and diet permanently. For liquids I will only be drinking unsweetened tea, tons of water, and some juice (when I say some juice I mean less than a cup a day). For food I am going to try to eat only: Fresh fruits, fresh vegtables, lots of nuts (almonds, peanuts, walnuts, etc.), dried fruit, very low calorie dressings (for salads), and perhaos brown rice. My plan is to do this diet/lifestyle for 2 weeks (and I will be treating myself only once a week, like 1 scoop of ice-cream/week) and after those two weeks I am going to start the lemonade cleanse and do that cleanse for 15-20 days. And then as soon as I am done with the cleanse I am going to eat only fresh fruit and vegtables, nuts, and dried fruit while treating myself ONLY once a week. I also workout 5-6 days a week for atleast an hour. Does this sound healthy, and will this work? Thankyou.

my last period started on july 14, 2010. and i am two days late and just did urine pregnancy test at home and two came out positive. Last month i ate sushi twice once about 2weeks ago and yesterday. I didn’t eat much but still i’m very worried. also i took few Aleve and tylenol, through out this past month. Oh…. i took 2 Midol yesterday because i thought i was starting my period and was having some cramp kinda feeling. I have also been taking acidophilus everyday… it says if you’re pregnant you should contact your doctor…….. very worried… last thing that i have been taking was that I drank a herbal diet tea that makes you have bowel movement… about two times this week… all these things are making me very worried…. luckly i have been taking prenantal vitamins for about a year now… but a lot of little things are making me crazy.. please help me… i am planning on calling my primary doctor for blood work.. and will call my obgyn after that… what should i do next?? what should i expect during this pregnancy?? and what should i not eat and eat??? help~~!!!!!!

I am 19 I was 350 lbs and 5′3 but I shed 150lbs. So i’m like at 230 now but after getting married I cant seem to stick to a diet or work out my marriage isn’t as good as it could be because I’m heavy (sex life aka) I need something that works for me. here is a little info on me I take vitamins , I drink lots of herbal green tea and detox tea , I have a free gym available. I need to work of my belly and my upper arms BADLY. I just want to be beautiful again like i was when i was 140lbs please help me?

How much calories did I have today?

Breakfast – Original Cherrios with 1% milk

Snack – Green Tea + one peice of whole wheat bread with Classic hummus

Lunch – One and 1/2 piece of homemade brownies with milk

Snack – Some piece of lettuce

Dinner – Ordered Chinese food takeout – only had a plate with chicken, veggies, and fried rice

I also drank tons of amount of water throughout the day…..I also ran for about 20 minute, walked about 3 miles and worked out for about 45 mins….How much calories did I take in today?

Also I usually never have chinese food nor brownies but since today was "speacil" I spiced up my diet a little more today so um yeah…

I’m 17 and I desperately need to cure this sleep problem going on for a yr before it continues and ruins my life even further.
I tried milk.
Melatonin pills.
Exercise/activities.
Positive thinking because I’m scared that I will die in my sleep and never wake up.
Dark cool room.
Healthy diet.
Herbal teas and other flower cures for sleep.
I feel mostly depressed at night.
I need a nice deep refreshing sleep like I used to. Why doesn’t anything work? Anyone overcome this annoying disorder?

Hi, i am on the master cleanse diet this is my fourth day. And ever since yesterday i have been retaining the salt water and not expelling it. I am taking the 32 oz with two tsp of sea salt water in the morning and the herbal tea at night. I actual gained two pounds because of the water. What do i do?

Diet Question, Loose Fat, Gain Muscle Help Please :) ?
Ok well im 18 years old. im around 11 stone, my height is 5.8, im on the road for a new me, ive been on and off gym now for around 2 years, have lost some nice fat and gained some good muscle, but just need a boost from someone to tell me if my new idea will work :D . here goes

ive made a plan as it keeps one to stick to it and work around,

Average day.

Total cals, 1000
Total protein 116 g
Total carbs 84 g
Total fat 25 g

this diet consists of a 6 day meal plan. i work 8 am till half 5. i train from 6 oclock to around 8 on the night.which involves around 1 -2 hours muscle work. Then 25 mins running intense of interval which makes me drip with sweat and leaves me knowing ive had a good session. i go to bed for around half 9 and wake up at 6am

breakfast 3 eggs 1 slice of brown bread = toast
mid morn snack 1 apple
dinner 1 bag of mixed veg and 1 tun of tuna around 135 grams of it in a tin
mid aft snack 1 apple
tea 1 bag of frozen veg 2 piece of chicken breast [ if i feel a carb boost i will have brown pasta or backed tato]
WORKOUT
after workout i have a whey isolate shake and either 100 grams of strawberrys, handful of grapes or a peach.

I also have around 2 – 3 litres of water a day, i do cheat on a friday night with a Chinese with the family, but i am clean with the week and weekend food habits

i know alot of people say. add more fruit but fruit is high in carbs and if i did that, id have to many carbs and would not burn no fat off. ?

Alright. I’m not big on drinking plain water. I’m on a diet anyway, so I totally cut out all soda (including diet soda) until I start making headway on weight loss. I really, really like iced tea. I never put sugar in it. Just plain, herbal iced tea–meaning there’s no caffine.

Does drinking no-sugar no-caffine tea substitute as a glass of water? I really don’t see why it wouldn’t.
I love all kinds of tea. Green, white, red, black… tea is awesome ^.^. I’m trying to stay away from caffine for now, since it stimulates appetite.

i’m craving chicken and broccolli from chinese food, a hot dog, chocolate chip cookies, a big chocolate caramel bar, a twix bar, a huge bag of onion and garlic chips, and a big iced tea.

i’ve been on a diet for about a week and lost like 3 pounds so far.

PROBLEM :
i’m suddenly allergic to caffeine, and i get really bad panic attacks when i have caffeine/sugar/greasy food, so bad i have to go to the hospital, so i can’t have a small chocolate bar or a couple of cookies to ease my craving. but i’m craving it SO BAD!!!!!! but i can’t. do oatmeal cookies have caffeine? also, do you think m&m’s peanuts have caffeine? like a lot of it? theres barely any chocolate in it.

what kind of JUNK FOOD can i eat? FOOD!! and SNACKS!! i really need a cheat day. i’m going crazy.

Breakfast (6:00am) – 1 small slice of toast with a little pat of butter and some reduced sugar jam
Herbal Tea (no sugar)

Snack (10:15am) – 1 apple

Lunch (1:00pm) – Grilled Chicken and some salad (dressed with lemon juice and herbs)

Snack (4:00 or 5:00pm) – Herbal Tea

Dinner (8:00 or 9:00pm) – 1 cup of Plain Yoghurt and some sliced cucumber

….i need to lose 20 lbs

will this work?

Okay, so before anything, I’m going to tell you, I’m 17 years old, 5 feet, and 120 pounds.
I want to be 110 pounds.

I don’t excercise, the only excercise I get is that I walk a LOT. About two miles a day, sometimes three, sometimes only one.

I’ve only been dieting for a week.
Before this week, my meals were TERRIBLE. all junk food, chips chocolate cookies like 10 servings of it a day, pizza chinese food fried food iced tea all of that good yummy stuff! But I had a reality check and realized my stomach isn’t as flat as I want it to be, and my thighs aren’t as thin as I want them to be.

So I cut off all junk food, I’m putting in more vegetables and fruits in my diet, and cut off all sugary drinks.
But I’m afraid I might be eating too much…
My scale says I’ve lost 3 pounds over the week, but my scale does that sometimes. And by the end of the night I’m back at 120 pounds anyways.

This was my food today :
Lunch : half a turkey hero with muenster cheese, lettuce and olives, and half a tuna hero with muenster cheese, lettuce and olives (i had turkey, my mom had tuna, we switched halves)

Than for a snack, I had a kiwi and a banana

For dinner, I had two lean pieces (size of the palm of my hand, but thin like card board) of pork, bbq’ed corn on the cob, half of a potato, grilled with garlic and onion powder (first time trying them, delicious! no oil or anything! just on the BBQ grill! yum! are they fattening?), and a half a cup of beans

I had a lot of water today, I’ve been drinking a lot of water.

Is this too much food?

Also.. for a snack later, since it’s still early and I get hungry often.. my mom made home made soft pretzels and i want one sooooo bad.. is it okay if i eat this? i haven’t had a snack in a weeeeeeek!

will i lose any weight eating like this? or at least mantain my weight? i only want to lose 10 pounds!
