I am on a diet and i have no idea what to eat especially concerning calories. This is what i have been eating

Peanut butter 220 calories
granola with peanuts and raisins 200 calories
whole wheat bread 80 calories
herbal tea 0 calories
ovaltine no milk not sure about the calories
rice
lentils

is it okay? What else can i eat to help me with this especially since i have to loose it in 22 days!!

I’m in the media business – I sing and am trying to get into modeling. Doing the crunches and running has been seeming to help, and I’m also on a diet herbal tea. I don’t eat foods with fat, or low fat. I am a vegetarian and eat about 2 meals a day plus some snacks. Is this even healthy though? I’m 18, and my friend seems to just be skinny…without even trying (working out at all or watching what she eats). Why do I have to run until I pass out to lose just a small amount of fat? Shouldn’t it just go away as muscle builds? All I want is to be skinny and beautiful.

and don’t drill me about being a vegetarian. I know it’s fine, and I get wayy too much protein from soy.

I don’t weight myself, I just go by hip measurements. I figure muscle weighs more than fat.

I had high LFTs in a previous blood test and also pains in my lower right abdominal area. Ive gone on a diet and i just bought some detox tea that supposely helps the kidney and liver and cleanses the blood at Henrys Marketplace. I was wondering if anyone could help me identify these ingrediants and know if they do work:All Organic: Cinnamon Bark,Licorice Root,Ginger Root,Burdock Root,Dandelion Root, Cardamon Seed, Juniper Berry,Black Pepper,Clove Bud,Long Pepper Berry,Chinese Amur Cork Tree Bark,Japanese Honeysuckle Flower,Forsythia Fruit,Gardenia Flower,Skullcap Root, Black Cohosh Root,Chinese Goldenthread Root,Rhubarb Root,Wax Ground,Asian Psyllium Seed. I also bought fresh Danelion Root, i was wonder in if anyone know how i should go about consuming that? Raw? Brew it and drink the water and eat the Root? And does anyone know how many times i should drink that day per day? and also the Dandelion root? I really need all these questions answer and appreciate anyone who can help. =D

This is the first baby. I had an ultrasound in December and the baby was head down the WHOLE time. Then I went to my checkup Friday and the baby is still head down. I’m due March 17th, 2009….so does the baby stay head down til then? Will i be earlier than my due date since the baby has been head down since December? Also another quick question, I’m gonna breastfeed, but I want to take some Herbal Life (which is a herbal tea diet) and I didn’t know if that’ll effect my baby’s milk? Also, how long until a regular period starts or an actual period starts? I’ve heard after the baby is completely finished breastfeeding, some after 2 months? I just don’t know what to expect! Any help? Please……Thanks so much =]

I mean like just drinking a mint herbal tea, not doing anything like eating the tea leaves raw. Because I drink A LOT of tea daily and was wondering if that really effected my diet at all.

Ok all if you read my previous question then you know what this is all about. But I just wanted to know if there is a possibility of the morning after pill not working. I took the Plan B the morning after the condom broke. I was also taking this diet pill called Mega T which is a herbal green tea diet pill. Does anyone know why the Plan B didn’t work? Was it because I was taking the herbal diet pill or what? I need some answers anyone please. Thanks for your help. By the way I have decided to keep the baby.

Have put on 150 lb and cannot stop eating! Will not consider Gastric Bypass. Have tried the chinese herbal teas and medicine but instead put on 20 lbs so just stopped. Am really desperate to lose the weight but could use something genuine that works as I am too far gone to diet and exercise and starve. Also, am a type 1 diabetic but that’s not an excuse. Have tried portion control, walking, it’s like nothing is working! Am so discouraged and so unhappy. On a different note, does anyone know how Nicole Richie and like get so thin so quickly? Do they use anything? Or are they bulimic? I tried throwing up but nothing came up. Really hurt myself a few times. Am desperate, please help if you can and don’t be mean. Thanks!
Thank you, all. No, I don’t have thyroid, my doctor is just as concerned as I am. Also, am walking every day and don’t take the elevator any more, just stairs. Have tried everything, just cannot figure out why I am gaining weight so rapidly, oh well…

I’m 5′5 and weight 73kg. I would like to be 60kg.

I’m working on a plan.

Run 1hr every morning Mon to Fri (I can do this quite comfortably)

Breakfast: Bran cereal with soya milk
or Soya yoghurt with fruit

Lunch: Large leafy salad

Dinner: Large portion of steamed vegetables

Throughout day…lots of water, herbal teas

If you have any other ideas, please provide your suggestions.

I`m 15 years old, 5`11 and roughly 315 pounds. Yeah, crazy, right?
I don`t eat Chinese takeout, or Chinese in general. I don`t eat much bread or pastas, for that matter I don`t eat pasta at all and I only eat whole wheat bread. I don`t eat fast food (try to avoid it at all costs). I eat all my servings of fruit a day, not so much on the veggies. I try not to drink pop as much as possible, and I turn to tea instead of coffee if I need a wakeup. I`m not sedentary but I don`t like excercising either. I walk alot however. And I`m still this fat. What`s wrong with my diet? Why am I this fat? I know that`s a big question, but I honestly don`t see what`s preventing me from being like 150 (what I want to be.)

I want to go to the gym and get a personal trainer, but how do I go about doing that when my parents won`t support me in losing weight? I`m at a standstill. It`s not that I don`t want to lose weight or that I`m lazy, I just don`t know how..

Ok So I drank the herbal laxative tea, I drank the mix that made my mouth burn incredibly bad, and a bottle of water. Question, Can I chew gum, and I can only do that diet for 5 days.. Is their any point in even trying this diet..I mean surely I would shed some weight in five days!
Can I drink alcohol after or during this diet?

I am new with low carb and it has been 2 weeks or so since I am on this diet. Today I had one bunch of broccoli and a cup of spinach and one egg, does that affects my dieting plan? I mean because I had green stuffs?

more on my diet, for the last weeks, I had nothing but three eggs a day and green tea. I lose 12 in one week and a half. Then after i started getting really weak and expermenting changes, I broke the diet for one day after the first week and a half and had fruits, tuna, and dates. Then I started again on three eggs, but yesterday with chinese new year, I ordered chicken wing and other fishy stuffs, and there were so sauce and other stuffs that I added and back at home my taiwanese roommate made a lot of foods, so I had variety of cooked meat, egg and fish. Are those gonna affect my diet?
